1. Fill: Add cool or lukewarm water to the bottle. For added relief, consider adding Bare Mum's all-natural Sitz Bath Salts.
2. Prepare: Extend the nozzle firmly and screw the cap on securely.
3. Position: Invert the bottle and aim the tip towards the affected area.
4. Cleanse: Gently squeeze the bottle to start spraying water.
5. Dry: Pat the area dry if needed.​
