We want you to feel supported and truly happy with what you ordered.
Because many of the products we carry are personal, body-related, or used during sensitive seasons, some items aren’t eligible for traditional returns. We do our best to be as fair and transparent as possible, while also honoring the safety and hygiene standards required by the brands we work with.
What can be returned
Unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Some items may be eligible for store credit only, depending on the brand’s policies.
What can’t be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content
If something arrived damaged
We’ve got you! Please email a photo and your order number to helpplease@thewaite.com and we’ll take care of it ASAP.
