What Is The Waite

The Waite is a motherhood marketplace designed to support you through every season from trying to conceive to postpartum, loss, and everything in between. We curate helpful tools, gentle care items, and thoughtful resources for all the tender in-between moments.

Who is The Waite for?

You. Your sister. Your best friend. Your past self. Anyone walking through the beautiful, messy, transformative seasons of conception, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, or breastfeeding. Whether you’re in it or showing up for someone who is we’re here to support.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Pennsylvania, where the weather’s chaotic, the hills are rolling, and the girl boss dreams are dreaming. Your order ships from here with lots of love (and likely during nap time).

Do you offer gift notes?

We wish we could take gift notes at checkout but if you message us right after your order (with your order number!), we’ll do our best to tuck in your sweet note before it ships. We love helping you show up for your people.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking by email. This way you can track your order. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the link updates.

Are your products safe for pregnancy/postpartum?

Everything we carry is intentionally chosen to support women during sensitive seasons. But as always, please check with your provider if you have specific medical concerns. We’re here to support, not to replace their advice.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. For sanitary and safety reasons, personal care items (like supplements, nipple shields, or pregnancy tests) are final sale. An $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label. See our full return policy here →

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 - yay! 🎉

For everything else, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We promise to pack your order with care and send it your way as affordably (and safely) as we can. 💌

What if something arrives damaged?

GAH! We’re so sorry your package didn’t arrive in perfect condition. We do our best to make sure every order is packed with love and care, but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our hands.

If something shows up damaged, email us at helpplease@thewaite.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a quick note, your order number, and a photo of the damaged item.

We’ll make it right, pinky promise!
