By visiting our website, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay! Just please don’t use the site.

1. Who We Are

The Waite is an online shop and resource space offering curated products, stories, and support for anyone navigating conception, pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum, and beyond. We also host The Kitchen Diaries podcast, available through our site and other platforms.

2. Online Store Terms

When you purchase something from our store, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information so we can get your order to you without a hitch. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (though that’d be rare, we’re here to support you!).

3. Shipping

We ship all orders with care from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

As a small business, we currently do not offer free shipping. But, we’re working toward it as we grow. We appreciate your understanding and support!

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything updated and accurate, but occasionally something may be listed incorrectly or sell out. If that happens, we’ll reach out right away to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, branding, and podcast content—is owned by The Waite (or used with permission). Please don’t reuse or share anything without express written consent. Sharing our mission, though? Always encouraged!

6. User Conduct

This is a space rooted in kindness and support. Please don’t engage in spam, harassment, hate speech, or anything harmful to the site or community.
