1. Place The Tush Present on any chair or surface and sit so the center opening supports the full vag-to-tush area, keeping sensitive tissue comfortably suspended.

The open back is designed to accommodate severe perineal tears (including grade 3 and 4) and hemorrhoids. You can adjust the opening wider or narrower to suit your body.

On a mission to raise the bar for maternal wellness, Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Danielle Zamarelli and mom Lauren Browning created The Tush Present to be the clinical-grade comfort they desperately needed but couldn’t find. After seeing how inadequate(and often toxic) existing support tools were, they set out to build something better. Today, The Tush Present is nurse- and mom-invented, toxin-free, and hand-sewn by women in the USA.

If you don’t need the back opening, simply flip the cushion around for full support.

Beyond postpartum, moms also love using The Tush Present for back support during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and C-section recovery, at home or anywhere you sit.

You can adjust the firmness of your cushion by taking the filling out or adding more into the cushion.
