1. Using a clean, dry container(or the kozēpee) collect one to two ounces of urine.
2. Remove test strip from foil pouch.
3. Submerge blank white end of strip into urine for five seconds, arrows pointing down. Take care not to dip beyond MAX line.
4. Remove strip from urine and lay flat on clean, dry surface. (the mouth of the kozēpee works perfectly.)
5. Set your timer for five minutes, then read the result.

Results will no longer be accurate beyond ten minutes.
