1. Hold the cup by placing your thumb in the splash guard.
2. Position the top of the splash guard in front of your pubic mound, so the cup hangs down beneath your vagina.
3. Pee into the cup (not on your hand, yay!).
4. Follow instructions for ovulation or pregnancy test.
5. Lay ovulation or pregnancy test across the rim of the cup to dry and await results.
