1. Using a clean, dry container (or the kozēpee) collect one to two ounces of urine.
2. Remove test strip from foil pouch.
3. Submerge blank white end of strip into urine for five seconds, arrows pointing down. (take care not to dip beyond MAX line.)
4. Remove strip from urine and lay flat on clean, dry surface.
5. Set your timer for five minutes, then read the result.
6. Please refer to the test insert for further instructions on how to read the results.

Aim to test around the same time each day. Unlike pregnancy tests, late morning to early evening is best for LH surge detection.
