Perineal Ice + Heat Packs

Cold Therapy: Place your perineal ice pack in the freezer for at least two hours without the cover. Once frozen, insert it into the sleeve or bamboo cover, then apply to the perineum.

Heat Therapy: Microwave the perineal ice pack (without cover) for 10–15 seconds. Test temperature, then insert into a cover and apply to the perineum for warming comfort.

• Always test the temperature before use.
• Do not use for longer than 20 minutes per application.
• Clean each perineal ice pack with soapy water after each use.
